Anna Hazare - 'Gandhi II of India'

Anna Hazare is carving his name on hearts of all Indian people and not on marble like Sonia and the PM Manmohan. We Nepalese people extend thanks to all Indian people that Yog Guru Ramdev and Anna Hazare are fighting against the corrupt regime of Sonia. We hope that the two common citizens-Anna and Ramdev are removing the corrupt Sonia's Govt. Man has the power of knowledge. He is the king of nature. After 65 years, India got II Gandhi as Anna Hazare. The honest man of the nation is the alternative source. Everywhere the honest- nationalist may be moneyless but he can fight against the powerful corrupted regime and such Groups. Mahatma Gandhi is the current example in the world that got successful to chase the British imperialism from India.

One important key to success is self-confidence. An important key to self-confidence is preparation. Now, Anna Hazare is fighting against the corruption and anti-nationalist activities of Sonia's Govt. with self-confidence. It will be the great achievement to create the civilized society against the corrupt regime. Anna Hazare and Yog Guru Ramdev have dedicated their life for the goodness of all Indian people. Congress (I) is creating an anarchist, corrupt and Christian country- forcefully. What a mockery of democracy! Anarchism and autocracy is not democracy. Sonia, Rahul and their agents have not got the extra constitutional authority in India. India is losing norms of democratic sense. We hate such stupid leadership.
About the controversial Lokpal Bill, Executive Director, Transparency International India, Anupama Jha writes: "The CBI is weak because it does not function independently. There is political interference and it can take action against senior government officials only if it gets permission from the state government. Anna Hazare's Jan Lokpal will not merely be an advisory body. It will have powers to initiate prosecution after completing investigations in a case. It will also have powers to initiate disciplinary proceedings against any government servant. It will entertain complaints from public directly and will have police powers to register FIR. It will also recover the loss caused to the government due to corruption by taking back ill-gotten wealth from the corrupt. The Government has not agreed to any of this and has proposed a weak Lokpal instead."
Since 2006, in Nepal also, Congress (I) Sonia's Govt. has been creating disturbance, lifting the anti-democratic force- the Maoist and the culprit leader of UML, Congress. Then, according to the guideline of RAW, The power hunger, Nepal's political party leaders launched their campaign against the monarchial democracy to break the identity and unity among the Nepalese people. It also started media war through established Nepali Medias and dailies, FMs and TVs. They had created various propagandas against Nepal. They propagated Nepal as to have been working as per the directions of expansionist China and extremist Pakistan. They elaborated that, Indian citizens were terminated from their job and beaten up at different places of Nepal under the direction of Nepal' King. Over 80 per cent Media of Nepal are financed by the RAW. This is the main reason that the government of Nepal and Nepali media has conflicts on matters of nationalism.

We Nepalese people are suffering from four major diseases; 1) Corruption, 2) Cancer, 3) Christianity and 4) Communist (the communist that signed the 12-point pact in New Delhi 0n 22 November 2005). Among the four diseases the Corruption including Christianity have become so rampant Nepal that every segment of the society - politics, industry, commerce, business, religion, and media – is affected every individual. His ethos, his mores, his morals, his principles, his ethics, his outlook, his personality, his attitudes, his judgment is affected and compromised by the raging cancer called corruption. The cancer is dangerous but it spreads only in the body of the individual, but corruption and sugarcoated Christianity are viral, violent, and vicious slowly poisoning the whole country.

A prominent journalist Pushpa Raj Pradhan, editor, People's Review, writes: "Indian Embassy in Kathmandu is spending 57 billion rupees per years under the 'Small Grant Project'. Out of total FM radios, 50 percent of them are receiving such Indians grants. Similarly, some Christian missions have also funded those FM radios just broadcast Christian programmed. India wants the Indianization of Nepal and the Christians want to transform Nepal from a Hindu state to a Christian state. A famous researcher, Yogi Narahari Nath always used to say that Nepal is giving everything to India, from its fresh air to herbs, fresh water, indigenous production working manpower, etc and Nepal is getting nothing from India. The Indian wish is to bring all the political parties in the Indian fold. The Indian mission was fulfilled by some so-called big parties plus Maoists alliance with the direct support of India-from human resources to financial resources."
Due to the naked intervention of India, Nepalese people are facing the very dangerous period. Since 2006 Nepalese people tolerated the worst political practice made by corrupt and culprit leaders. The nation achieved the climaxed height of the lawlessness, theft, robbery, ransom and murders. The corruption is out of control. A corrupt tendency has been institutionalizing as a system. Corruption can be seen in several facets, economic corruption, administrative corruption, legislative corruption, judicial corruption, political corruption, ideological corruption, institutional corruption and sociological corruption. So, the Nepalese people are in favor of monarchial democratic system to punish such corrupted-traitors, restoring the 1990 constitution.
Similarly, Indian nationalist are feeling that the Sonia's Govt. is destroying the Indian prestige and identities. Mr. Rocky Saggoo writes- 22 February 2011, UPA Chairperson and the President of All India Congress Committee-'Sonia Gandhi' has around $9.41 billion (Rs 42,345 crore) to $18.66 billion (Rs 83,900 crore)in Swiss Bank accounts, according to the article on Wikipedia. According to the article, Swiss magazine Schweizer Illustrierte on 11 November 1991 revealed that Sonia Gandhi was controlling secret Swiss Bank accounts worth $2.2 billion (Rs 10,000 Crore). If these are reports are true then India is in bigger trouble, you might have ever imagined. There are so many Indian politicians who are supposing to have bank accounts in Swiss Bank. Even if 20% of them are having bank accounts, still there would be billions of dollars of India rotting in Swiss Bank. Mr. Sri Venkat exposed, 7 May-2011. The latest entry of Sonia Gandhi has completely removed the mentioning of accounts worth $2 billion dollars in Swiss banks. I wonder what can be done about this.
Outlook India-online writes: "Gandhi dynasty will never punish Hasan Ali or put him behind bars permanently because putting him in jail could cost Congress party Muslim votes in the upcoming state elections in Assam, Bengla and Kerala. If he had been Hindu tax evader and gun-runner you bet he would be in jail already. Hasan Ali helped Antonia Maino (Sonia Gandhi) park her looted billions in Swiss banks, since he had ample experience doing that himself. Pranab Mukherjee is the go-to guy between him and Sonia. Despite ample evidence of criminal wrong doing against him, the CBI and ED intentionally created a weak case against him to let him off the hook just in time for state elections. Hasan Ali has been operating free since 2004 when Congress came to power."
According to the respected Swiss magazine, Schweitzer Illustrate [November 1991 issue], Rajiv Gandhi had about US$ 2 billion in numbered Swiss bank accounts, which Sonia inherited upon his assassination. Dr.Yevgenia Albats, Ph.D [Harvard], is a noted Russian scholar and journalist, and was a member of the KGB Commission set up by President Yeltsin in August 1991. She was privy to the Soviet intelligence files that documented these deals and KGB facilitation of the same.-'The State within a State'. The KGB in Soviet Union, she even gives the file numbers of such intelligence files, which can now be accessed by any Indian government through a formal request to the Kremlin.

An energetic Analyst of India national Ms. Sandhya Jain wrote (11 June 2011) "The Congress – Government face-off that is now publicly evident in the manner in which Baba Ramdev was received by 4 ministers at the instance of the Prime Minister and invited for negotiations. Whatever overt power she may still exercise over Congress and Government, Sonia Gandhi is on a weak wicket, which is getting weaker, though this may not be readily apparent as yet. Sonia Gandhi's Western support base has fractured and she knows it, which is why she is desperate to ram Rahul Gandhi into the PM post. The political establishment in London and Washington can see that she is politically in the 'diminishing returns' mode and that Rahul is a non-starter. So they are unlikely to invest energy in her. That leaves Sonia Gandhi with only the Church (Vatican and all the rest) and their approach is muscular and aggressive, as if India is Latin America, and this mistake will prove costly for her. Sonia is left with very poor allies who determine her agenda in public. These are Digvijay Singh, Anil Shastri who attacks her enemies via the Congress mouthpiece, and Kapil Sibal. There is not a single Congress stalwart batting on behalf of Sonia Gandhi today, and hence she is not going very far. Pranab Mukherjee, who is the Government troubleshooter, quietly slunk away when he realized the agenda has shifted from Government to Congress/Sonia, and that should tell us a lot. Even P Chidambaram is keeping a low profile."

Hindu Neocon has released- Sonia's inner power circle is made up of Christian-converts with Hindu-sounding names. She does not trust non-Christians, not even Manmohan. Christian-convert Congress leader Dijvijay Singh is her closest confidante. She trusts him more than Manmohan Singh. In a true democracy, the public has the right to now the background of a person who is ruling them and who has so much unchecked dictator-like power, yet is never held accountable for anything. Instead Antonia Maino (Sonia Gandhi) craftily hides behind the propped-up puppet Manmohan Singh, who has no real authority. As Advani of the BJP rightfully said, Manmohan is India's weakest prime minister in living memory, while Sonia calls all the shots, but has no accountability.Lets hope the peels starts of come off sooner rather than later off the crypto Christians, Antonia Maino (Sonia Gandhi) and Raul Vinci Maino (Rahul Gandhi) and their Christian Italian connections.

Ms. Sandhya Jain writes "the Judicial Accountability and Standards Bill, currently before Parliament for amendments, can ensure that the judiciary can be made effectively and appropriately accountable WITHOUT compromising its independence.' Similarly Prof R K Gupta writes-'People of India need to rise and bring changes and punish these corrupt mafia networks. So much of resources and manpower and time are lost in India due to lax working, unaccountability, lack of probity and professionalism and corruption. Manmohan Singh who moves around wearing degrees around his neck and mask of honesty and expertise is most dishonest and powerless PM ever in world, he is an agent of neo-capitalism launched by powerful global network of rich, elite and aspiring politicians. He is part of global conspiracy to loot the countries. All political parties are involved in this process and getting their cut. India is a fraud democracy. The slogan of GDP growth rate is a big farce. The rate of growth is not important. What is important is ability of country to provide resources for consumption and moderate inflation in country by efficient use of assets increase in supply and quality, controlling demand and restricting facial sharks from taking country to ransom. MM Singh and his advisers have completely failed in maintaining this basic concept of economics. He should go."
Yes, the quotation is reviving in India, 64 years ago the British PM Churchill had said- 'We are handing the country over to bunch of 'thugs.' So, we should learn from yesterday, live for today carefully, hope for tomorrow. The important thing is to not stop questioning as Sonia's regime. Remember the quotation in political, social and economical life- 'Too much is anything is bad.' Indian scholar Radha Rajan advices- 'Get rid of the Prime Minister who is now standing like a soldier between the Manchurian Candidate and the Throne. The BJP should think long and hard about whether to make common cause with Anna Hazare just because he is posturing against the Prime Minister. The BJP must also think long and hard whether it wants to play postman and carry Anna Hazare's parcel to Parliament or if it wants to maintain the dignity of Parliament by strengthening its law-making capacity. If the campaign was against corruption why did he not join forces with Baba Ramdev or invite him into the movement?'

So, according to the evidences on Sonia's regime, every-Indian should awake to fight against the corrupted and anti-Indian regime. Crows are never the white for washing. The sky cannot have two suns. The truth is that the corrupted never surrender without threatening and punishment by the people. Now, Anna Hazare and Ramdev have opened the ground to fight against corruptions. Then, it will be better that the entire world is made aware of the facts in support of Anna and his Team. We Nepalese people hope; Indian people will success to create India as a prosperous Hindu nation with the leadership of Nationalists.

Corrupt Politicians In India

India, which is the largest democracy in the world, has finally been spotted at the most corrupt nation, where corruption has been safe-guarded by parties in power for decades. It was disclosed when recent anti-corruption protest of activist Anna Hazare turned into "hazardous" for the ruling party in India as well as the corrupts bureaucracy and law enforcing agencies.

According to India Against Corruption [IAC], a citizen's movement to demand strong anti-corruption laws, bills were introduced several times since 1968 in Indian Parliament for formation of 'Lok Pal', which would combat corruption. But each of the times, such bills were almost unanimously, if not enthusiastically turned down by the members of the parliament. Since independence in 1948, India has been mostly ruled by Indian National Congress [INC], which is popularly known as Congress Party. Under the current bi-party political culture in India, INC is one of the two major political parties the other being Bharatiya Janata Party [Hindu Nationalist].

Founded in 1885 by members of the occultist movement Theosophical Society—Allan Octavian Hume, Dadabhai Naoroji, Dinshaw Wacha, Womesh Chandra Bonnerjee, Surendranath Banerjee, Monomohun Ghose, Mahadev Govind Ranade and William Wedderburn—the Indian National Congress became the leader of the Indian Independence Movement, with over 15 million members and over 70 million participants in its struggle against British rule in India. After independence in 1947, it became the nation's dominant political party, led by the Nehru-Gandhi family for the most part; major challenges for party leadership have only recently formed. In the 2009 general elections, the Congress emerged as the single largest party in the Lok Sabha, with 205 of its candidates getting elected to the 543-member house. Consequently it, along with a coalition of allies called the United Progressive Alliance [UPA], was able to gain a majority and form the government. The history of the Indian National Congress falls into two distinct eras:
  • The pre-independence era, when the party was at the forefront of the struggle for independence and was instrumental in the whole of India;
  • The post-independence era, when the party has enjoyed a prominent place in Indian politics, ruling the country for 48 of the 60 years since independence in 1947.
In the pre-independence era, the Congress was divided in two groups, moderate and activist. The moderates were more educated and wanted to win people's faith to lead the nation to independence without bloodshed; the activists however wanted to follow a revolutionary path and make it a militant organization. The first serious challenge to Congress hegemony came in 1967 when a united opposition, under the banner of Samyukt Vidhayak Dal, won control over several states in the Hindi belt. Indira Gandhi, the daughter of Nehru, and Congress president, was then challenged by the majority of the party leadership. The conflict led to a split, and Indira launched a separate INC. Initially this party was known as Congress (R), but it soon came to be generally known as the "New Congress". The official party became the Indian National Congress [Organization] led by Kamaraj. It was informally called the "Old Congress". As Indira Gandhi had control over the national state machinery, her faction was recognized as the true INC by the Election Commission of India, although her organization was the break-away group.

The split can in some ways be seen as a left-wing/right-wing division. Indira Gandhi wanted to use a populist agenda in order to mobilize popular support for the party. She raised slogans such as Garibi Hatao [Remove Poverty], and wanted to develop closer ties with the Soviet Union. The regional party elites, who formed the INC [O], stood for a more conservative agenda, and distrusted Soviet help. INC [O] later merged into the Janata Party.

Gradually, Indira Gandhi grew more authoritarian. Following allegations of electoral malpractice in the general elections, a court overturned Gandhi's victory in her parliamentary constituency in 1971 General Elections. Facing growing criticism and widespread demonstrations by opposition in the country, she proclaimed a state of National Emergency in 1975, imprisoned most of Opposition leaders, and unleashed a police state.
After she lifted the emergency in 1977, more Congress factions were formed, the one remaining loyal to Indira Gandhi being popularly known as Congress [I] with an 'I' for Indira. Congress [I] was routed in the general elections by the Janata Party, but the resulting coalition government fell apart in two years. The Congress party returned to power in the ensuing 1980 elections. In 1984 Indira Gandhi was assassinated by two of her Sikh bodyguards, in revenge for the disastrous Operation Blue Star. In the following days anti-Sikh riots broke out in Capital Delhi and elsewhere in which more than six thousand Sikhs were killed, [mostly in Delhi], allegedly by activists and leaders of the Congress Party. Afterward, former treasurer Sitaram Kesri took over the reins of the party and oversaw the Congress support to the United Front governments that ran from 1996 to 1998. During his tenure, several key leaders broke away from the party, and serious infighting broke out among those left. In 1998, Sonia Gandhi finally accepted the post of Congress President, in a move that may have saved the party from extinction.

After her election as party leader, a section of the party, which objected to the choice, broke away and formed the Nationalist Congress Party. The use of "Congress [I]" continues to denote the party run by Indira Gandhi's successors. There have been repeated attempts by the Indian nationalist groups [such as the Bharatiya Janata Party, BJP] to discredit Sonia Gandhi's leadership on the basis of her foreign origin—she is of Italian ethnicity.

Although the Congress expedited the downfall of the National Democratic Alliance [NDA] government in 1999 by promising an alternative, Sonia Gandhi's decision was followed by fresh elections and the Congress party's worst-ever tally in the lower house. The party spent the interval period forging alliances and overseeing changes in the state and central organizations to revive the party. It has had many electoral successes which led up to the formation of a Congress-led government in 2004. In the next general election in 2009 which made Manmohan Singh the Prime Minister once again, and Congress was the first party to get 206 seats during a coalition era of politics.

The biggest corruption scam in Indian politics was Bofors Scandal.

The Bofors scandal was a major corruption scandal in India in the 1980s. Late Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi, who was simultaneously serving as the president of Congress [I], and his associates the late Win Chadha and Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi were accused of receiving kickbacks to help Bofors win a bid in 1986 to sell 155 mm field howitzers to the Indian Army. The scale of this corruption was far worse than any that India had seen before, and directly led to the defeat of Gandhi's ruling Congress party in the November 1989 general elections. It has been speculated that the scale of the scandal was to the tune of Rs. 400 million.
The case came to light during Vishwanath Pratap Singh's tenure as defence minister, and was revealed through investigative journalism by Chitra Subramaniam and N. Ram of the newspapers the Indian Express and The Hindu.

Ottavio Quattrocchi was accused as the middleman in the scandal because of his intimacy with Rajiv Gandhi and his Italian-born wife Sonia Gandhi. Ottavio Quattrocchi represented the petrochemicals firm Snamprogetti. Because of his connections with Gandhi family, Ottavio Quattrocchi emerged as a powerful broker in the 1980s between big businesses and the Indian government. While the case was being investigated, Rajiv Gandhi was assassinated on May 21, 1991 for an unrelated cause. In 1997, the Swiss banks released some 500 documents after years of legal battle and the Central Bureau of Investigation [CBI] filed a case against Quattrocchi, Win Chadha, also naming Rajiv Gandhi, the defense secretary S. K. Bhatnagar and a number of others. In the meantime, Win Chadha also died.

The very latest corruption allegation against Congress is known as 2G Spectrum Scam. The 2G spectrum scam in India involved the issue of 1232 licenses by the ruling Congress-led UPA alliance of the 2G spectrum to 85 companies including many new telecom companies with little or no experience in the telecom sector at a price set in the year 2001.

The scam involved allegations regarding the under pricing of the 2G spectrum by the Department of Telecommunications which resulted in a heavy loss to the exchequer, and the illegal manipulation of the spectrum allocation process to favour select companies The issue came to light after the auction of airwaves for 3G services which amounted to Indian Rupees 67,719 crore [US$15.1 billion] to the exchequer. A report submitted by the Comptroller and Auditor General based on the money collected from 3G licenses estimated that the loss to the exchequer due to under pricing of the 2G spectrum was Indian Rupees 176,379 Crore [US$39.33 billion]. The scam came to public notice when the Supreme Court of India took Subramaniam Swamy's complaints on record [With Case type: Writ Petition [Civil], Case No:10, Year: 2011].
All the accused have been booked under sections 120-B [Sedition], 468 [Forgery for purpose of cheating], 471 [using as genuine a forged document or electronic record], 420 [cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property] and 109 [abetment if the act abetted is committed in consequence, and where no express provision is made for its punishment] of the Indian Penal Code.

Dayanidhi Maran, former Union Cabinet Minister for Textiles : The main allegation revealed by Tehelka magazine and followed up in several other reports, is that Maran forced C Sivasankaran, owner of Aircel, to sell the telecom company to Maran's Malaysia-based friend T Ananda Krishnan in 2006. The reports allege that Maran deliberately delayed issuing spectrum licenses to Aircel's sister concern, Dishnet Wireless, when it was owned by Sivasankaran. He issued the licenses soon after it changed hands to Ananda Krishnan who owns Maxis.

P. Chidambaram, current Union Cabinet Minister for Home Affairs : Subramaniam Swamy states that when the 2G Spectrum rate was finalized, P.Chidambaram was the finance minister of India and he had a major role in deciding the spectrum price with A. Raja. Subramaniam alleges that Chidambaram had received kickbacks and undervalued the spectrum cost.
